Ordering Form

To Place an order online follow these few steps.
1) Click the "Add item to My Account" button at the end of the costs table.
2) To add more Receipes than the alloted amount click the second "Add Item to my Account" Button and adjust the quanity in the pop-up window.
3) To check-out Click the "View my Account" Button at the bottom of the "Add" Buttons and click the check-out button. You need a PayPal id (this is free for a personal account) in order to do this online.
4) Email or snail mail your receipes to me for publishing.
5) When your book is online I will email and snail mail you with your url, username, and password, for access!

To Place an order offline follow these steps.
1) Call 814-653-2538 or email webmaster@awgd.8m.net.
2) Email or snail mail the receipes that you would like to have in your online book, along with full payment to:

make check or money order out to AWGD.net
3) When your book is online I will email and snail mail you with your url, username, and password, for access!

Set-up fee:	$5.00 one time cost
Building fee: up to 25	$10.00
Extra Receipes:	$1.00 each
